The WDDOA Spring 2012 General Business Membership Meeting has been rescheduled and will be held by Webinar on Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 5:00 to 6:00pm. This is a Mandatory meeting for all DI/SCL/PLW teams from the Fall 2011 season that will be returning to participate in the Spring 2012 season. Each team must have a representative present at the meeting via computer (online) or by using the telephone conference call function of the system. There is one vote allowed per team and one person cannot represent more than one team during the meeting. There will be no proxies recognized and a $250.00 non-attendance fine will be assessed to any team that does not have a representative join the webinar.

TEAM MANAGERS / REPRESENTATIVES: 
In order for your team to be included in this meeting, each team manager/representative must register...so lets get started!!

* Register for the Webinar by filling out the meeting registration no later than Wednesday, February 15th 10:00pm.   Each Fall 2011 WDDOA Team Manager should have received a registration link via email. Those team managers and/or representatives who did not receive an email can click on the link below to register.

Once Registered: 
* Registrants will be directed to a "Registration Complete" page which will confirm that your information has been submitted and is pending approval from WDDOA. 
* You will then be automatically redirected to the WDDOA website so that you may review any additional meeting information that may be posted. 
* Registrations will be processed by WDDOA within 72hrs of submission. This is NOT an automated process so please do not expect an immediate response.
 
Once Processed:
* Each registrant will receive a system-generated email which will include options/instructions on how to join the webinar being held on Sunday, February 19, 2012.
