CHALLENGER Game Day Procedures

Game Day Prep and Score Reporting:

Be prepared!  Items to accomplish the Friday BEFORE  your weekend's game(s):

  • UPDATE YOUR JERSEY #'S **VERY IMPORTANT Jersey #'s are entered**
  • ADD CLUB PASS PLAYERS / BUILD YOUR GAME DAY ROSTER
  • PRINT YOUR GAME CARD(S) - AFTER 12:00 pm (noon) EACH FRIDAY or IF you add CPP's after this time, you MUST reprint your game card. 

To access your Event Roster and Game Card in GotSoccer:

  • LOG IN TO YOUR TEAM ACCOUNT
  • Click on link found in the 'Roster Column' in the Event Registration History, choose the roster column link for the "2018/2019 WDDOA Flight 2 - Challenger League"

Upon completion of your game, BOTH TEAM MANAGERS must:

  • ENTER/REPORT SCORES IN GOTSOCCER WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER EVERY GAME 
  • ENTER/REPORT YELLOW / RED CARDS IN GOTSOCCER WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER EVERY GAME 

Club Pass / Discipline

Club Pass Player Deadline:  The ability to add club pass players in the GotSoccer system will remain open. 

Club Pass Players may be added to the game day roster at any time prior to kick-off. However, the player(s) MUST be printed from the GotSoccer system on the official (PAPER) GAME CARD used by the referee crew when checking in / officiating the game. 

Club Pass player(s) must be added to your game day roster and printed (from GotSoccer) on the game card in order to be eligible to participate. If a player is not printed on the game card (primary player and/or club pass) they are not eligible to participate. NO HANDWRITTEN PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED. This is an automatic forfeit, no exceptions regardless of the situation and/or status of the handwritten player. 

Game Card Printing

Game cards should ALWAYS be printed EVERY Friday after 12:00 pm (noon) to ensure the system has time to capture any CPP entries, field, time, or complex changes, etc.  Remember ... BOTH teams are required to print a copy of the game card and take it to the field so please be sure to do this!
