HOME / AWAY SCHEDULED GAMES: All Alpha games and the games in Challenger without the wording "Neutral - " listed before the HOME team (1st team listed in the schedule). Rained out games MUST be rescheduled (not actually played) within 5 Days of the original rained out game!

Home /Away games will NEVER say “Rained Out” in the online schedule. We have some 60 odd clubs utilizing our Home/Away scheduling model. It would take an enormous amount of time and coordination to update and keep up with individual club field closures within the GotSoccer Scheduling database which is why we provide Home Club Field status links on our website.

1. On or before Game Day: The Home Club will determine Field Closure. The Home Team will reach out to the Away Team as soon as field status is determined. We encourage to also include communication through GotSport chat.
2. Rained Out Reschedule Process:
   • While communicating home field closure, explore availability common to both teams for the reschedule.
   • The home team will reach out to their Home Field Assignor in order to obtain a new field assignment.
   • Once the new assignment has been agreed upon by both teams, the HOME FIELD ASSIGNOR will provide the game #, date rained out, new date, new time, new field number to the WDDOA Office through the Field Assignor Rainout Reschedule Google Doc. This link is not posted online, it is ONLY provided to the Field Assignors directly.
   • Failure to respond to opposing team within a reasonable amount of time may result in the game being automatically rescheduled: a single team may initiate reschedule process through WDDOA Office if opponent is being unresponsive within the 5 days. Any conflict created by this process for non-responsive team will ONLY be resolved through the Reschedule Request Process, all fees apply. Please get your rained out games rescheduled in a timely fashion.
