THE WDDOA FALL GENERAL BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2020 VIA WEBINAR. THIS IS A MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL NEW U11 AND U12-U19 TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE FRONTIER CONFERENCE / STATE CLASSIC LEAGUE / WDDOA FLIGHTS.
This is a mandatory meeting, and there must be a representative (age 18 or older) in attendance from each U11-U19 team planning to participate in the Frontier Conference / State Classic League / WDDOA Flights in Fall 2020.
Meeting Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2020
Meeting Location: Webinar (Registration Required NO LATER THAN Wednesday, August 26, 2020 12:00pm)
Meeting Time: U11-U14 6:00pm to 7:30pm / U15-U19 8:00pm to 9:30pm
Please remember the attendance requirement is ONE representative per team. This meeting will provide essential information needed to help teams navigate the 2020-2021 seasonal year. Although it is strongly preferred the Team Manager attend since we will be reviewing pre-season information specific to team managers, the team's coach or another parent from the club/team may fill in as the team's representative for purposes of the meeting.
One vote is allowed per team. One person cannot represent more than one team at the meeting. Proxies will not be recognized, and a $250.00 non-attendance fine will be assessed to any team that is not properly represented. Teams not in attendance must pay their fine ON or BEFORE September 10, 2020 or the team will be removed from the schedule. Please remember...TEAM REPRESENTATIVES MUST BE 18 YRS OR OLDER.
