The process to RELEASE players from teams is as follows:

1. Complete the "PLAYER INFORMATION" and "RELEASING TEAM" information on the Player Transfer/Release Form.
2. Obtain the necessary signatures on the Player Transfer/Release Form.
3. Send the form to WDDOA for processing.   EMAIL:  trform@wddoa.org

The process to TRANSFER players from one team to another between clubs or to MOVE a player from one team to another within the same club is as follows:

1. Complete the "PLAYER INFORMATION" and "RELEASING TEAM" and "RECEIVING TEAM" information on the Player Transfer/Release Form.
2. Obtain the necessary signatures on the Player Transfer/Release Form.
3. Send the form to WDDOA for processing.  EMAIL:  trform@wddoa.org
