For REGISTRARS ONLY - The process to add NEW players to teams after initial roster capture is as follows:

1. Add player to the GotSport roster within the Roster Builder section of the program within the correct WDDOA Registration Event

2. Complete online Google form to notify WDDOA of each player addition

Please note that this process is ONLY for new player adds and is not intended to process transfer/release players.

Requests will be processed in the order received.  The online form must be completed for each player addition.  Phone and/or email requests will not be accepted.

Please remember to be eligible the players MUST appear on BOTH the WDDOA 2024-2025 Official (pdf) Roster and be pre-printed on the game card (listed as a primary player) regardless of when the original add request was submitted.
