WDDOA U11 REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION - SPRING 2025

Getting Ready for U11 Spring 2025...See what options are available

U11 TEAMS ONLY: 

As a reminder, league scheduling for U11 WDDOA Flights were broken into Set 1 (Fall 2024: Sept-Dec) and Set 2 (Spring 2025: Feb-March) to complete the 2024-2025 seasonal year.

FOR U11 PRIME / CHALLENGER / ALPHA

Please take note that for the U11 Prime & Challenger brackets, Set 1 and Set 2 are scheduled with rebracketing between Sets.

 

Automatic promotion/relegation will not occur between the Fall and Spring seasons. Instead, the WDDOA Directors Council will provide a suggested movement list based on final fall standings. 

The list will be sent to DOCs on Friday, December 6th, 2024, along with a Google doc that will allow them to accept or decline the suggested movement on a per-team basis.

*Please Note: This list is not available online and/or to the public

 

** If movement between flights is not suggested, and your team (along with the approval from your DOC) is seeking placement in a different flight, then a space will be provided on the Google doc form FOR YOUR CLUB DOC to submit this request for review. 

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Monday, January 6, 2025 5:00pm


Submissions MUST be submitted no later than Monday, January 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM for consideration. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis - the more information provided on the form, the better. 

The Directors Council will review all forms on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and notify teams by 10:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025. 

All requests may not be approved. The Directors Council's decisions are final and may not be appealed. 

DII OR OTHER LEAGUE TEAMS

(ONLY Non-WDDOA Teams)

RFCs MUST be submitted no later than Monday, January 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM for consideration. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis - the more information provided on the form, the better. 

The Directors Council will review all forms on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and notify teams by 10:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025. 

All requests may not be approved. The Directors Council's decisions are final and may not be appealed.

DII or OTHER LEAGUE TEAMS:

Through the RFC form, (linked below) DII or Other League Teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:

  • participate in Spring WDDOA Flight 3 - Alpha 

*USYS registered teams would not transition to a WDDOA registration event. Teams (including current or new player registration) would remain registered with their current/local (USYS) member association. 

The fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC) is

$150.00 per team
