RFCs MUST be submitted no later than Monday, January 6, 2025 at 5:00 PM for consideration. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis - the more information provided on the form, the better.
The Directors Council will review all forms on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and notify teams by 10:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2025.
All requests may not be approved. The Directors Council's decisions are final and may not be appealed.
CHALLENGER: (Current WDDOA Teams)
Through the RFC form, Challenger Teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
Approved teams will be removed from Challenger league standings and included in their approved flight schedules.
There is no fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC)

ALPHA: (Current WDDOA Teams)
Through the RFC form, teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
Approved teams will be removed from Alpha Set 2 schedules and will be included in their approved flight schedules.

DII or OTHER LEAGUE TEAMS: (Non-WDDOA Teams)
Through the RFC form, DII or Other League Teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
*USYS registered teams would not transition to a WDDOA registration event. Teams (including current or new player registration) would remain registered with their current/local (USYS) member association.
