WDDOA FALL 2025 GENERAL BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP MEETING INFORMATION
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE GBM!
THE WDDOA FALL GENERAL BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JULY 17, 2025 VIA WEBINAR. THIS IS A MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL NEW U11 TEAMS AND PRE-QUALIFIED U12-U19 TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE FRONTIER CONFERENCE / STATE CLASSIC LEAGUE / WDDOA FLIGHTS: PRIME, CHALLENGER, & ALPHA.
This is a mandatory meeting, and there must be a representative (age 18 or older), or their valid proxy, in attendance from each NEW U11 team & each PRE-QUALIFIED U12-U19 team participating in the Frontier Conference / State Classic League / WDDOA Flights (Prime, Challenger, & Alpha) in the 2025-2026 seasonal year.
Meeting Date: Thursday, July 17, 2025
Meeting Location: Webinar (Registration Required NO LATER THAN Tuesday, July 15, 2025 12:00pm) This meeting is for New U11 Teams & U12-U19 Pre-Qualified Teams.
Meeting Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
This meeting will provide essential information to help teams navigate the 2025-2026 seasonal year. Although the Team Manager's attendance is strongly preferred since pre-season information specific to team managers will be reviewed, another individual from the team/club (coach, parent, club official) may directly, or by valid proxy, represent the team for the meeting.
One vote is allowed per team. A $250.00 non-attendance fine will be assessed to any new U11 team or pre-qualified U12-U19 team not correctly represented. Teams not in attendance must pay their fine ON or BEFORE August 8, 2025 or the team may be removed from the schedule. Please remember...TEAM REPRESENTATIVES (OR THEIR VALID PROXY) MUST BE 18 YRS OR OLDER.

- Register for the webinar by filling out the registration form no later than Tuesday, July 15, 2025 12:00PM. DEADLINE EXTENDED TO Tuesday, July 15, 2025, midnight - DEADLINE EXTENDED SECOND TIME TO Wednesday, July 16, 2025 5pm
Once Registered:
- Registrants will be directed to a "Thank You for Registering" page, confirming that your information has been submitted and is PENDING approval from WDDOA.
- Registrations will be processed manually by WDDOA within 48 hours of submission. This is NOT an automated process, so please do not anticipate an immediate email response to your form submission.
Once Processed:
- Each registrant will receive a system-generated email which will include options/instructions on how to join the webinar being held on Thursday, July 17, 2025.

WDDOA PROPOSED RULE CHANGES
TEAMS REPRESENTED BY PROXY:
For the purpose of representation, a Coach, Team Manager, or Club Official may temporarily transfer (by proxy) the voting power/authority of their team(s) to another individual.
1.4.8 Proxy. Votes to which a member team is entitled may be cast by proxy. To be valid, a proxy must be in writing, signed, and dated by the coach or club official of the member team, and designate by name the individual who is entitled to exercise the proxy. It must be presented to the WDDOA Office a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours before the meeting at which it will be utilized. The proxy will be valid for the meeting immediately after the date of the proxy. A proxy may not be cast for a member team which is not in good standing. Votes cast by proxy do fulfill the requirements for attendance. An individual may hold a valid proxy for up to five (5) member teams.
PROXY SUBMITTED BY TEAM:
A Coach or Team Manager may assign (by proxy) the voting power of their member team to another individual.
To be valid, an individual proxy MUST be submitted and signed by the coach/team manager of the member team.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Tues, July 15, 2025 12:00 pm

PROXY SUBMITTED BY CLUB:
A Club, on behalf of a Coach or Team Manager, may assign (by proxy) the voting power of the member team(s) to an individual.
To be valid, a multiple team proxy MUST be submitted and signed by the club official on behalf of the coach/team manager of the member team.
