WDDOA REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS JULY 1st AT 5:00 PM

WDDOA is now accepting Fall 2025 Request for Consideration (RFC) forms for U12-U19 teams.

Any non-pre-qualified, pre-qualified but unable to retain club core (>50% USYS registered in the club during Fall 2024-Spring 2025 seasonal year), pre-qualified but seeking a different level of play, or new team who would like to be considered for participation in the WDDOA 2025-2026 seasonal year MUST submit an RFC for review.

Application Fee:  $250.00
Application Submission and Fee Payment Deadline: July 1, 2025 at 5pm (this is an in-hand deadline)

RFCs must be properly and fully completed and the $250 application fee PAID by the deadline in order to be considered.

Request for Consideration Applications - Notification to Team will be done via the published Validated Team List: July 10, 2025 by 12:00pm.


RFC INSTRUCTIONS
ALL THREE STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED

STEP 1: Complete the WDDOA FALL 2025 REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION Excel Document. (FOR BEST EASE OF USE AND TO PRESERVE FORMATTING, OPEN, COMPLETE, AND SAVE RFC FORM IN MICROSOFT EXCEL PROGRAM)

STEP 2: Complete the ONLINE GotSport WDDOA 2025-2026: Request for Consideration (RFC) form. Within the ONLINE GotSport form, submitters will upload their completed WDDOA Fall 2025 Request for Consideration Excel Document.

PLEASE NOTE:
To submit the ONLINE GotSport form, submitters MUST have a GotSport account associated with the current club and will use their GotSport User ID/Password.

STEP 3: Pay the $250 RFC Application Fee. Teams may pay with a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (processing fee assessed) during the online GotSport form process OR teams may MAIL A CHECK/MONEY ORDER to: WDDOA at 3000 Joe DiMaggio Blvd, Suite 68, Round Rock, TX  78665.

EMAIL SUBMISSIONS or INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


PRE-QUALIFIED TEAMS

Teams that are pre-qualified and meet the club core requirements of >50% for WDDOA Prime, Challenger, or Alpha Flights BUT wish to be considered for a different flight, age group, etc may submit an RFC from for review.

VERY IMPORTANT: The team MUST determine whether they will accept the pre-qualified slot, regardless of the RFC decision. If they intend to accept the pre-qualified slot (as listed) then the club registrar must enter the team into the WDDOA Registration Event by July 1st. By doing this, the pre-qualified slot is protected, should the RFC be denied. The team must also complete the RFC application process by July 1st to be considered for another flight, age group, etc.

Failure to register a WDDOA Pre-Qualified team by the registration deadline will result in forfeiture of the WDDOA pre-qualified slot. Should you have ANY questions, please call the WDDOA Office at 512-278-9898 for assistance.
