As a reminder, league scheduling for the BOYS U11 WDDOA Flights were broken into Set 1 (Fall 2025: Sept-Dec) and Set 2 (Spring 2026: Feb-March) to complete the 2025-2026 seasonal year.
Please take note that for the BOYS U11 Prime & Challenger brackets, Set 1 and Set 2 are scheduled with rebracketing between Sets.
Automatic promotion/relegation will not occur between the Fall and Spring seasons. Instead, the WDDOA Directors Council will provide a suggested movement list based on final fall standings.
The list will be sent to DOCs on Friday, December 5th, 2025, along with a Google doc that will allow them to accept or decline the suggested movement on a per-team basis. *Please Note: This list is not available online and/or to the public
** If movement between flights is not suggested, and your team (along with the approval from your DOC) is seeking placement in a different flight, then a space will be provided on the Google doc form FOR YOUR CLUB DOC to submit this request for review.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Monday, January 5, 2026 5:00pm
The Directors Council will review submissions on Thursday, January 8, 2026, and teams will be notified by 10:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2026.

As a reminder, league scheduling for the GIRLS U11 WDDOA Flights 1 and 2 (Prime and Challenger) followed Full Seasonal Year. Only U11 Girls ALPHA were broken into Set 1 (Fall 2025: Sept-Dec) and Set 2 (Spring 2026: Feb-March) to complete the 2025-2026 seasonal year.

Through the RFC form, teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
Approved teams will be removed from Alpha Set 2 schedules and will be included in their approved flight schedules.
There is no fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC)

Through the RFC form, (form link provided below) D2 or Other League Teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to participate in Spring WDDOA Flight 3 - Alpha
*USYS registered teams would not transition to a WDDOA registration event. Teams (including current or new player registration) would remain registered with their current/local (USYS) member association.
The fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC) is $200.00 per team (if using a credit card, a processing fee will be applied)

RFCs MUST be received no later than Monday, January 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM for consideration. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis - the more information provided on the form, the better.
The Directors Council will review all forms on Thursday, January 8, 2026, and notify teams by 10:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2026.
All requests may not be approved. The Directors Council's decisions are final and may not be appealed.
