WDDOA U12 REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION - SPRING 2026
GETTING READY FOR U12 SPRING 2026 ... SEE WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE
U12 TEAMS ONLY
As a reminder, league scheduling for U12 WDDOA Flight 3 - Alpha was broken into Set 1 (Fall 2025: Sept-Dec) and Set 2 (Spring 2026: Feb-March) to complete the 2025-2026 seasonal year. Teams are re-bracketed between Set 1 and Set 2 based on final fall standings in order to form competitive brackets. These brackets are not geographically formed, Set 2 uses our published travel chart.
FOR U12 ALPHA:
In preparation for Set 2, here are some of the deadlines and options available:
Request for Consideration (RFC) Spring 2026 Opens: Friday, November 14, 2025
Request for Consideration (RFC) Spring 2026 Closes: Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm
RFCs MUST be submitted no later than Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm for consideration. All requests will be considered on a case by case basis - the more information provided on the form, the better.
The Directors Council will review all forms on Thursday, January 8, 2026, and notify teams by 10:00 pm Friday, January 9, 2026.
All requests may not be approved. The Directors Council's decisions are final and may not be appealed.
U12 CHALLENGER TEAMS
CHALLENGER: (Current WDDOA Teams)
Through the RFC Form, Challenger Teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
- drop down ton play in Alpha
- notify WDDOA Team will not be Returning for the Spring
Approved teams will be removed from Challenger league standings and included in their approved flight schedules.
There is no fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC)

U12 ALPHA TEAMS
ALPHA: (Current WDDOA Teams)
Through the RFC form, teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
- drop down to local D2 play
- express interest in an invitation to play Challenger (should a slot become available
- notify WDDOA Team will not be Returning for Spring
Approved teams will be removed from Alpha Set 2 schedules and will be included in their approved flight schedules.
There is no fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC)

D2 OR OTHER LEAGUE TEAMS
D2 or OTHER LEAGUE TEAMS: (Non-WDDOA Teams)
Through the RFC form, D2 or Other League Teams may request a Directors Council Review in order to:
- participate in Spring WDDOA Flight 3 - Alpha
*USYS registered teams would not transition to a WDDOA Registration Event. Teams (including current or new player registration) would remain registered with their current/local (USYS) Member Association.
The fee to submit a Request for Consideration (RFC) is $200.00 per team (if using a credit card, a processing fee will be applied)
