Below is a brief description of each cup and the appropriate registration links. Please take a moment to read through ALL the information and then check with your Club/DOC prior to registering your team as they may have a different process and/or procedure for you to follow.

***IMPORTANT***IMPORTANT***IMPORTANT***
ALL CURRENTLY REGISTERED WDDOA TEAMS MUST ALSO REGISTER WITH WDDOA FOR THE SPRING 2012 SEASON REGARDLESS OF THE CUP COMPETITION THEY ARE PLANNING TO ENTER. 
(This means that teams who are participating in a STYSA sponsored cup must register in the WDDOA/e7 Spring 2012 database to declare their intended cup competition AND register in the STYSA/Affinity database to enter the actual cup competition)
 
When registering your returning team with WDDOA for the spring season, in the e7 database, please be sure to input the players' information into the system. Returning players from Fall 2011 MUST be entered into the e7 system (by the Team Manager) on/before the January 25th 5:00pm deadline so that your roster can be verified in order to validate pre-qualification.

*** IF YOUR TEAM IS PRE-QUALIFIED (AND HAVE RETURNED THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF PLAYERS) BUT ARE CHANGING NAMES, PLEASE USE THE "TEAM HISTORY" SECTION IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION TO LET US KNOW WHAT TEAM NAME YOU WERE PRE-QUALIFIED WITH ***

STYSA NATIONAL CUP:
Is strongly recommended and geared towards U13-U19 Premier League, State Classic League and upper level Division I teams.
