Note:
This database is the scheduling/gaming league database and is not the player registration database. All player registrations must be submitted to your club so that they may process the information in the player registration database that they are currently using. Reminder: The roster freeze deadline for all DI teams is August 7th 5:00PM.

FALL 2009 DI QUALIFICATION TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

The Fall 2009 DI Qualification Tournament will be held on July 25-26, 2009.

The location/format for the tournament will be based on team registrations.

The qualification tournament will only be held in those age groups where an open slot is created by a pre-qualified DI team who does not retain the required number of players (50%+1) or does not return as a DI team.

Qualification Tournament Entry Fee: $500.00 per team.

In some brackets open slot(s) may become available if pre-qualified teams do not return. In this instance, if there are more open slots than teams that have registered for the qualifying tournament, those teams will not have to participate in order to qualify for DI and the QT entry fee will be returned. If participation is required but less than 3 games are played a partial refund may be issued.

STYSA State Classic League

The STYSA State Classic League (SCL) is intended to provide the highest possible level of competition for the STYSA competitive teams. It will serve as the league from which teams will qualify to participate in Premier League West (PLW).

Age Groups:
U13, U14, U15, U16, & U17

Number of teams:
U13 & U14’s – Ten (10)
U15, U16, & U17 – Eight (8)

The competition will be governed by the STYSA State League Committee made up of the Executive VP, ED VP, WD VP, WD member at large, an ED member at large.

WDDOA MEMBERSHIP MEETING & ELECTION
Jun 18 2009 - STAFF
The Fall General Membership meeting will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2009 in Austin, Texas. This is a mandatory meeting for all Division I/SC/Premier League teams. Remember, there must be a representative (age 18 or older) in attendance from each pre-qualified or entering (U11) team planning to participate in Division I / State Classic / Premier League for the Fall 2009 season. All pre-qualified teams must have their 50%+1 roster submitted and verified by July 11th as well as the team fee submitted (in-hand) no later than 5:00PM on July 13th. 

The meeting will be held at the Austin Marriott South Hotel from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. The hotel is located at: 4415 South IH-35 Austin, Texas 78744. Driving Directions

There is one vote allowed per team and one person cannot check-in and represent more than one team at the meeting. There will be no proxies recognized and a $250.00 non-attendance fine will be assessed to any team who does not attend and/or send a representative. TEAM REPRESENTATIVE MUST BE 18 YRS OR OLDER.
