Aug 26 2010 - STAFF
TEAM MANAGERS:
For the Fall 2010 WDDOA DI season we will once again be utilizing all the functions available in the e7 scheduling program. The program offers team managers the ability to login to their team accounts in order to print game cards and input in game scores. Please read the instructions carefully.

August 28-29 Weekend - There have been field number changes in San Antonio for this weekend so be sure to double check your schedules before you head out to your games!! If you have a field # change please make sure your players/parents are aware of the new field #.

TEAM MANAGER GAME CARD / SCORE INPUT INSTRUCTIONS

GAME CARD PRINTING: BEFORE THE GAME...
Please print your game card (report) (prior to EACH game) and take it with you to the field. BOTH managers should print out a report, in case the home team cannot locate the card at the field, the visiting team will have a copy.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT print all your game cards out at one time. Schedules are subject to change. Therefore, we recommend printing them each Friday before the the weekend.

GAME CARD SUBMISSION: AFTER THE GAME...
All game scores should be noted by each team manager and then the official game card (report) will be turned in to the site coordinator by the referee. If you are playing at an alternate location such as WCRP, Slaughter Creek or a weeknight game then there will not be a site coordinator on duty. In this instance, the winning team and/or home team in case of a tie is responsible for returning the game card to the WDDOA office no later than Wednesday of the week following the game. If you choose to email and/or fax the report (512-302-0686) you must still mail in the original game card.
Please mail the card to: WDDOA P.O. Box 352 Manor, Texas 78653 There will be no exceptions granted on this!

To access your team account, please login using the link below.

(The User ID/Password required to access the team account was set up by the team manager/representative when the team was initially registered for the Fall 2010 season)

Please Note: The roster that is listed on the game card should have been updated in the online system on or before 08/27/10. Again, the roster that will print on the game card is the last roster that was input into the e7 system by the team manager / representative and it must accurately reflect your final / official Affinity Fall 2010 roster which you would have received from WDDOA!

MAINTAINING ACCURATE PENALTY POINTS IS A MUST
Aug 26 2010 - STAFF
photo
It is the start of a new season and that means managers have the task of once again tracking penalty points. Remember, team managers are responsible for maintaining the individual penalty points of their coaches/players. In addition, coaches/players are also responsible for maintaining their own individual penalty points. Each player starts the season with zero points, however, game suspensions received due to penalty point accumulation during Spring 2010 Cup season play that have not been served, shall be carried over and must be served at the start of the Fall 2010 season.

PENALTY POINTS AWARDED: Penalty points shall be awarded to all individual players and coaches only as follows:

Cautions (Yellow Card):
3 points per caution to the individual.
Caution shall mean:
a. For a player when a center referee referee shows a yellow card to a player during a game.
b. For a coach, assistant coach, trainer or other individual when a referee issues a verbal warning during a game.
All cautions should be recorded on the official match report (game card).

Ejections (Red Card):
9 points per ejection to the individual.
Ejection shall mean:
a. For a player when a center referee shows a red card to a player during a game.
b. For a coach, assistant coach, trainer or other individual when the center referee asks that individual to leave the game area.
All ejections should be recorded on the official match report (game card).

If you have a coach/player that needs to sit out due to an accumulation of penalty points, please remember to mark through the name on the game card and write: "sitting out red card" or "sitting out due to pp accumulation". Once we receive the official game report (game card) from the neutral playing site, a log is made of all the yellow/red cards recorded in each game.

RESCHEDULE REQUEST PROCEDURES
Aug 03 2010 - STAFF
While it is expected that all teams abide by the set game schedule, we understand that occasionally there may be extenuating circumstances arise. In the event that your team has a serious issue come up, and need to request a game be rescheduled, you will need to submit the request by the following procedure:

1. Team Manager must complete a Reschedule Request Form with signature from the team’s head coach

2. Team Manager must submit the form, by fax or email, at least 7 business days prior to the game you are requesting to reschedule to secretary@wddoa.org

3. A $50.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be due from the team submitting the re-schedule request. Final determinations will not be made and/or communicated until the $50.00 reschedule request fee has been received in the WDDOA office. If this fee is not received within 72 hours of receipt of the initial reschedule request form the reschedule will be denied.

***VERY IMPORTANT***VERY IMPORTANT***
If you have previously submitted an email to your AGC requesting changes to your schedule, you will need to fill out the reschedule request form and submit it by fax to 512/302-0686 and/or email to: secretary@wddoa.org

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of the reschedule request form does not guarantee that the game will be rescheduled. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and must be requested based on a valid issue.

Examples of some NON-VALID issues:
Some players not being able to attend
Day of the week the game is schedule
Incorrect submission of initial schedule grid
